Recreational League

CYS’s Recreational Leagues are made up of developmental teams, which are composed of players not selected by a tryout process.  Teams are generally formed within defined geographical (neighborhood) areas.  Emphasis is on participation by all players and on micro soccer or other small-sided games for younger players.  Except for special circumstances, such as disciplinary matters or illness, each member of team plays at least 50% of each game.  For those recreational teams whose play has surpassed that of most other in-house and inter-club teams, CYS offers the Option I league (also referred to as “intermediate”).
