Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) in conjunction with the International Football Academy (IFA) will offer Elite Player Development Program (EPD) training sessions in November and December. The Elite Player Development program is aligned with the Olympic Development Program. It is designed to offer serious players additional training to compliment the training they receive within their club. It also serves as an introduction to the Olympic Development Program and allows the ODP to become familiar with upcoming talent. The emphasis is on individual player development, with specific attention to technical growth.
The program will offer three (3) separate age specific time slots for the training sessions. They will be offered on Tuesdays. Players, both boys and girls will be enrolled on a first come first serve basis. Players must be born in the years of 2000 thru 2004.
· There is limited space of 40 players per time slot.
· Each session is limited to only 6 goalkeepers.
o Goalkeepers will participate in footwork and shot blocking activities. There will be no formal goalkeeper instruction.
